Mr. Pollokoff began his career with Fedder in 1984 as a property manager and in 1999 was named president and chief operating officer. In 2004, he became chief executive officer and continues to lead and oversee Fedder’s operations as well as manage the growth of the company’s investment and management portfolio, which includes more than 1.8 million square feet of commercial property. During his 35 years in the commercial real estate industry was a commercial real estate loan manager at City Federal Financial, served as president of Comprehensive Housing Assistance, a nonprofit organization in Baltimore City, and was an adjunct professor of finance at Loyola University Maryland where he taught real estate development to senior finance majors. Mr. Pollokoff earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, and a MBA from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM).
Mr. Raider began his career with Fedder in 2003 and has overseen the company’s commercial developments, redevelopments and acquisitions and their financing and refinancing for more than 13 years, including award-winning One Mile West. He has previous experience as a property manager for WinnCompanies based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Mr. Raider earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed real estate broker.
After a long nursing career as a registered nurse (RN) and administrator, Ms. Pollokoff was building businesses and overseeing mobile medical units that serviced four states in the Mid-Atlantic. Her father, founder Joel D. Fedder, and husband, Robert G. Pollokoff, invited her to join the family business in 1998 where she could also apply her managerial and interpersonal skills. Ms. Pollokoff served as director of leasing for nearly 20 years and is now responsible for all aspects of the company’s office operations. Ms. Pollokoff earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Syracuse University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Ms. James began her career with Fedder in 2022. She oversees the accounting department and is responsible for the oversight of all accounting functions. Ms. James has more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Fedder, she served as Controller at Zuckerman Gravely Management, Inc. where she worked for 27 years and oversaw the 14-person accounting department. Ms. James is a graduate of Wootton High School and is a Notary Public for the State of Maryland.
Mr. Baum joined Fedder in 2018 as senior property manager and currently oversees more than half of the company’s portfolio. He brings with him more than 20 years of real estate and construction project management experience of commercial, residential, office, industrial, warehouse and student housing properties across the eastern United States, including North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Maryland. Most recently, Mr. Baum managed several residential community associations in Baltimore County for Brodie Management. While serving in the U.S. Army Reserves 1983–1992, he gained HVAC training that started him along the path to property management. He has earned a certificate in Architectural Drafting from Union Technical Institute. Mr. Baum is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and a Certified Property Manager candidate. Since 1998, Mr. Baum has been active in the Boy Scouts of America holding various positions, including Philmont Ambassador, District Chairman and Vice Chair of Fund Development.
Ms. Wendal joined Fedder in 2012. As a senior property manager, she currently oversees the day-to-day operations of properties throughout Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard counties. She previously worked for a residential and commercial management company where she oversaw repairs and maintenance and addressed tenant questions and concerns. Ms. Wendal earned her Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is a graduate of Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI)® and holds Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®) designations.
Ms. Walker joined Fedder in 2019 and serves as property manager assistant where she provides administrative assistance and support to all Fedder staff. For nearly three decades, Ms. Walker has assisted executives across various industries, including financial services, government and residential property management. She is a graduate of Villa Julie College where she earned her paralegal associate degree.
Mr. Wang joined Fedder in 2016. As director of construction, he is the leader of all tenant improvement projects and any major repairs and renovations pursued by the company. Mr. Wang has more than 15 years of experience in commercial construction and residential general contracting. Before joining Fedder, he owned Complete Mold Control Contracting LLC specializing in mold remediation, and also served as project manager and estimator for Glen Arm Building Company in Towson, Maryland. Mr. Wang is a licensed general contractor with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in St. Mary’s City.
Since 1982, Ms. Jacobs has been a valuable member of Fedder’s accounting department. She currently serves as assistant controller and holds an accounting degree from the National Taipei University in Taiwan. Ms. Jacobs is an accomplished horticulturalist and an award-winning artist. She is a member of the Sumi-e Society of America, and previously served as vice president of the East Asian brush painting organization.
Ms. Connelly began her career with Fedder in 2005 and serves as the property accountant for several Fedder shopping centers. She has more than 37 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 25 of those serving in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Fedder, she was a mortgage specialist and a real estate accountant for USF&G. She has also held financial positions for retail, advertising, health care and capital management companies. Ms. Connelly is a graduate of Andover High School.
Ms. Jackson joined Fedder in December 2022 as junior property accountant supporting the CFO and other members of the accounting department. Prior to joining Fedder, she held financial and accounting positions at Hertzbach & Company P.A for more than 15 years. Most recently, she served as assistant controller for Gemcraft Homes, Inc. in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. Ms. Jackson is a graduate of Overlea High & Academy of Finance.
Ms. Briscoe joined Fedder in 2024 and serves as executive assistant overseeing administrative workflow as well as supporting the president and senior vice president/chief operating officer. Prior to joining Fedder, she was the executive administrator for All By the Grace, LLC, and also served as manager of operations for the retail company Victoria’s Secret. Ms. Briscoe earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Baltimore.
